L5 Banana by Grenadines Homes is a real estate luxury development at a signature address within the prestigious Banana Island neighborhood, designed for the upper class looking for out-of-the-ordinary homes that beat the conventional and an opportunity to reward themselves.
The Brief
The L5 Brand is to be positioned as a luxury brand delivering a high-ticket real estate opportunity to a high network of individuals. The client expected us to deliver a matching brand identity that stands in the same class as prospective customers.
Research
The primary information was gathered through phone interviews while the secondary information was sourced from This Day Live, A Scopus-indexed journal, Tech‑Point's Blog, Punch Newspaper Online, Vendors Websites and Blogs.
Design Process
The design process starts with illustrations and sketches. During this initial stage, we incorporated insights from research and drew inspiration from various sources that are relevant to each project. These elements serve as the foundation for sketching icons, selecting appropriate fonts, and establishing a complementary brand color scheme.
Result
Drawing from our Insight, we have created a brand idea, 'The Reward' which we believe will resonate, build interest, and effectively position the project in the heart of the intended targets. Through our communication, will show how the unique features of the development will enhance the lifestyle of living across the Banana Island community.
